Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by explaining each model's features and benefits and describing all optional equipment.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers vehicle.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product and sales training as required.
- Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Requirements
The ideal candidates for this sales position will possess:
• Strong desire to succeed with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer’s expectations and achieve your goals.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Education:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Ideal candidates will also have:
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
You must be hardworking, self motivated and able to work independently. You must have good written and verbal communication.
